As a key player in our business development efforts, the Regional Sales Manager will take charge of fostering relationships with new and existing customers, spearheading efforts to get our products to the forefront, turning independent manufacturer representatives into NICOR champions, managing product specifications, and driving successful product launches-all while achieving sales and profitability targets.
Ultimately, you'll immerse yourself in our technology, meticulously understanding our operations to effectively relay the NICOR story and process to customers, reps and distributors-showcasing attention to detail that ensures every facet of NICOR's excellence is highlighted.
LOCATION:
This role offers a remote setting with 75% overnight travel within your designated region, Monday through Thursday, three weeks a month.
